LOGO CONTEST!!!

Landesman Bros. Inc. is holding a Logo Contest to design a new website logo.  The winning entry, as determined by our staff, will win a $100 gift certificate, good for any product at Landesman Bros. Inc. All entries may be submitted by e-mail to info@ShuStuff.com, or regular mail to:

1)  There is no purchase to enter.

2)  The Grand Prize for the Contest is a $100 gift certificate, good for any product/service in the Landesman Bros. Inc. catalog.

3)  Only one entry per person is allowed.

4)  Contest is open only to current United States and Canadian residents 18 years of age and older.

5)  There are two ways to enter the Logo Contest;

                 1) Email: Send an e-mail to WinTickets@ShuStuff.com. You must include your:
                                      a) Name
                                      b) Address
                                      c) Telephone number
                                      d) Return e-mail address
                                      e) Age
                                      f) The words "Logo" in the subject line

                 2) Regular mail: send a letter or postcard to:

                      You must include your:
                            a) Name
                                      b) Address
                                      c) Telephone number
                                      d) E-mail address (if applicable)
                                      e) Age
                                      f) The words "Logo" at the top

6)  Contest commences on October 10, 2006.  All eligible entries must arrive by the contest conclusion date of Thursday, November 30, 2006 by 12:00 noon.

7)  Entrants may only win one Landesman Bros. Inc./ShuStuff.com contest every 180 days.

8)  Winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness in any promotional materials by Landesman Bros. Inc./ShuStuff.com.

9)  The contest sponsor, Landesman Bros. Inc./ShuStuff.com shall not be held liable for non-use of Gift Certificate for any reason including, but not limited to weather, or other factors beyond their control.

10)  The Gift Certificate is products/services provided by Landesman Bros. Inc./ShuStuff.com.  

11)  Contest winner will be notified at the conclusion of the contest on the evening of Wednesday, November 30, 2006, or as soon thereafter as possible, using the contact information given in the contest entry.

12)  Contest void where prohibited by law.

13)  Decision of the judges are final.

14)  The approximate retail value of the Logo Contest Gift Certificate is $100.00.

15)  Taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the winner.
